These terms cover buying from the Amped Up Dad store at ampedupdad.com and using the rest of the site. Amped Up Dad is based in Colorado. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you have a question about anything here, reach out before you order. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.
Orders and payment
- All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your order is confirmed when you get an order confirmation email. We can cancel and fully refund an order if a product is out of stock, if a price or listing was shown in error, or if an order looks fraudulent.
Made-to-order merch
Our merch is printed when you order it, not pulled from a shelf. That keeps waste down, and it also means we can’t swap sizes or colors once an order goes into production.
Shipping
- Orders usually take 5 to 7 business days to produce before they ship. Delivery time depends on the carrier and where you live.
- We currently ship to the United States only.
- You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
- Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered wrong. If that happens, contact us and we’ll help where we can, but a reship may cost extra.
- If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or shows delivered but you never got it, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to sort it out.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us. After that, it’s likely already in production and can’t be canceled.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
- Damaged, defective or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice.
- No returns for wrong size or change of mind: because each item is made for your order, we don’t offer refunds if you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.
- Exchanges: if you ordered the wrong size or item, we can exchange it. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. The item needs to be unworn and unwashed, and you pay the shipping costs for the exchange. We’ll reply with instructions.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
Sizing and colors
We do our best to show products accurately, but colors can look a little different depending on your screen, and printed items can vary slightly from the product photos. Sizes follow the size chart on each product page.
Affiliate links on this site
Some links on ampedupdad.com, like the gear guide, are affiliate links. If you buy something through one, you’re buying from that other company, not from Amped Up Dad, and their terms, shipping and return policies apply to that purchase. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Amped Up Dad is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
Band submissions
When you submit a band through the site, you confirm that you’re in the band or authorized to submit for it, and that you have the right to share the music you send. You give Amped Up Dad permission to feature that band, its name, and the submitted song in posts, reels, and on this site, with credit to the band. Submitting doesn’t guarantee a feature.
Our name, logo and designs
The Amped Up Dad name, logo, merch designs, and site content belong to Amped Up Dad. Please don’t copy, resell, or reproduce them without written permission. Band names, music and artwork featured on the site belong to their owners.
Limitation of liability
The site and products are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Amped Up Dad isn’t liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you placed your order are the ones that apply to that order.
